PRI-VATE Spa

Kim knew what he was doing, and it was an excellent massage overall. The gentlemen in front was very friendly, but found it strange that he was double dutying as a telemarketer and receptionist. Went on a groupon, and was excellent value. Would go back again if price was right.

The experience I have received from Pri-Vate spa has been one of the best I have had . The staff , managers are so helpful to what I required and were very helpful in recommending different treatments for me. I have had a couple of relaxation massages, the girls who do this were very informative & helpful to my needs, in addition to being so understanding & treating me with such kindness. The spa has such a nice cozy feeling it is all decorated with things we can buy for an extra treat, and very clean, the ambiance is of relaxation , nice & quiet very peaceful > I was then referred to the Osteopathic Massage for my Chronic Pain and was extremely pleased with my progress , which helped me in many ways not only physically but mentally , finally the will to get better as it does work . They have all have made such difference in my recovery not only by their excellent services but MOST of all , each & every one of them, especially the manager was so instrumental to helping me push forward by explaining what other things might be of help as it has been for others Gracious HUGE thanks to ALL the Pri-vate spa team working towards better health for every one coupled with empathy & assistance . I can not wait to go back , continue my journey to good health & happiness , thank you ALL for being a step in my recovery.

my experience from start to finish at pri-vate was absolutely terrible. The lady at the front desk was so rude, unprofessional and unwelcoming. She didn’t say hello or even asked how my treatment was. As for my “massage”, I’m 99% certain the lady I had, while nice, was not a licenced message therapist. I received a “rub down” from her, which was so uncomfortable and I could not wait for it to end. Stay clear from this place, aside from the rooms being in some creepy basement, maybe they should focus on their telemarketing business they have going on there as well (again so unprofessional), instead of trying to promote being the best spa in Winnipeg. I will not return or recommend pri-vate to anyone I know. What a waste of my time and money.
