Posh Nails and Spa

Didn't get started on our nails until 25 minutes after our reservation. This happened both times I went. The first time they did a good job and I was happy. The second time the girls spent like 20 minutes in total on our nails. They were obviously rushing and my nails came out uneven. Wouldn't go back. The second time I tried to make my reservation at Pembina instead. It was hard to reach anyone and when I finally got through the lady on the phone was quite rude, especially after I told her my friend had a coupon.

Went in for my 1:30 app with my sis for our older sisters wedding. Was serviced by sonny ithi o, and she was amazing! So happy! Extremely friendly and talented!!! And great at brows!!!

They just herd you through like cattle. I had four different women work on my nails - one of which filed down the side of my nail so much it cut through my skin - when I yanked my hand away she forcefully pull my hand back to put on an astringent (probably for the best as that place isn't clean.)

My daughter and her friend went to get their nails done today but were not allowed to use a coupon they had. Staff told them they already took to many people in this week who used the coupons. They had an appointment and everything. Not a good way to do business. Problem solved. They went elsewhere.

My appointment was for 2:30. I had to wait a half an hour for my manicure. An hour for the manicure!!!! Horrible job!! She had no idea what she was doing. Fortunately the manager realized it & didn't charge me. I didn't have to ask him for it. That was nice & professional.
