The service was quick and friendly. They took me in right away, with no appointment, during the Christmas rush. Dec 17 My 2 Star rating is in regards to the quality of nails. As I mentioned, I went in on December 17 to get Gel nails done before my holiday Vacation and not even a week later, on Christmas Eve, my nails started breaking off. Needless to say, I am very disappointed as I've paid well over $100 including the tip Today is December 29, 2021 and half of the nails are broken off and the rest are barely hanging on. I hope this helps someone before spending a good amount of money trying to treat themselves.

Tracy did my nails. It was accurate. She paid attention to colour, design as well as the shape really well. She was so considerate since my cuticles have been damaged by sanitizers so much but she was very careful while doing my nails. Definitely would recommend the place. The place is so clean and calm.

They are very accommodating schedule wise. They did a pretty good job on my high detail request for a very reasonable price $65 for manicure and gel on real nail. It took a little long but everyone there was nice.

Great experience here having a pedi with gel. I walked in and they got me in right away. Technician was friendly, nice and did a fantastic job. Love my nails and would definitely come back! Place is a bit hidden, is across from the Shoppers.

I was hesitant to come here because of some of the reviews. I went anyways because I was really needing my nails done but I’m so glad I did end up going to this nail salon. I believe the name of the lady who did my nails is Vicky. she made sure I was happy with everything from the colour to the shape before moving onto the next steps. My nails aren’t thick and uneven either AND she filed under my nails which I usually have had to ask for at other salons. good vibes from all the employees here and I’m super happy with how my nails turned out. saw all the negative reviews but wanted to go see for myself. i booked an appointment for 5:45 and there was a very short wait, maybe 8 minutes and when i got seated the lady thanked me for waiting. i wish i caught her name but she wears a jade bracelet. she was really gentle and made sure i loved everything. super happy with my nails!! :Service: Acrylic nails

The salon polish was well done with a large selection of nail polish. Unfortunately the nail technician was very rough, the customer service is very poor and they try to upsell clients to do gel manicures. I am not sure whether each customer has their own nail file and buffer so ask questions before doing a professional manicure or pedicureService: Polish removal

The salon is busy but conveniently located. I had an appointment and was taken in straight away. I was just getting my acrylic nails removed and my tech was very nice, quick but the process was painful as she said the acetone removal would take too long and didn’t seem interested in doing it. She removed my nails by using a fake nail which isn’t the best.

TERRIBLE nail salon! I DO NOT recommend going here. I never write these type of reviews, but I’ve had multiple negative experiences here that I needed to share. Their customer service is the worst. Everyone is so rude and don’t even care to hear your opinions. They just laugh, roll their eyes and talk in their language to each other. My worst experience though was right before my wedding…I came here to get a mani/pedi before my wedding and the lady completely messed up my toenails. Before asking me what length/shape I wanted, she just began cutting and cut WAY too short even cut my skin. Then she filed it completely crooked. How are you working here if you can’t even see properly?? After this, I did not want her to do my manicure so I talked to the other staff and asked if they could do it instead, and I said I didn’t mind waiting. They responded saying that I was her customer now so no one else was allowed to help me… what kind of customer service is that?? I had to drive around town and find another nail salon that could take me on short notice. Never ever going back here and I recommend you don’t either.Services: Polish removal
