Fantastic nail salon with very kind ladies. Clean, efficient and the best part is they put a movie with subtitles on a large tv that is on the loop so you can watch something while you get your nails done! Highly recommend!

I love the ambiance of this place. It's like getting pampered in the comfort of your own home, but not at home. I wish my pedicurist had been a little more aggressive with my calluses, but otherwise it was great!

I love the movies they play while you get your nails done - always a great chick flick playing, and it plays on a loop so if you come in halfway… you still see the whole thing hahah the girls are always professional, willing to carry out some quirky requests hello rainbow nails!!. I’ve been coming for years and always leave happy. I got a regular mani/pedi and has held up the test of time while packing for and travelling through Europe. A week in and they still look fantastic. Thanks ladies!

Went there for the first and only time in mid summer. The girls were really nice but she made my nails really look misshapen. It was very expensive for what was done. My sister also had her nails done at the same time and she was also really unhappy with them. We didn’t say anything because the appointment lasted almost 3 hours and we just wanted to get out of there by the end of it. The girl who did my nails wore the same pair of latex gloves the entire time and never washed her hands or changed the gloves and I could see all the sweat in her gloves and the nail grit was all over the outside of the gloves. She also got nail polish all over her gloves and my hands and at the end gave me a super gross hand massage with lotion that was very gritty because of the nail grit stuck to the gloves. It did not feel nice or hygienic. I feel bad about posting this review but it was pretty unacceptable service. I don’t blame the girls as maybe they have not had proper training.

The chairs are not comfortable and I felt rushed with their services. I understand my friend was running late due to traffic but the employees didn’t make it any better. Although they did remind us to be on time, but I feel like they can be nicer on the way they handle it. The place was clean and for $34 it’s not bad but for sure not the greatest.

I have been going to Vivid since they opened in North Burnaby and have never been disappointed. Magazine perfect manicures and shellac polish that lasts forever!

Been coming here since they opened in 2015 and I've been a loyal customer since. Fair prices, clean, and owner and her staff are always professional and knowledgeable. I've moved twice since they opened and I still will travel to North BBY to get my nails done here.

I never write reviews, but I’m just very unhappy with the experience. Firstly, im sorry I’m coming off aggressive, but both girls working there have no clue how to file nails. Each ten of my nails are literally a different shape. They don’t know the difference between nail shapes, which is absolute randomness with filing. Second, they just don’t do what you ask for, they just do what they want to your own nails. Finally, for this price, there are many other alternatives out there that is way better than this place. Nail shaping is hit or miss, but for the price it’s worth it! I asked for coffin shape this time. I will add that even without getting a proper manicure just the colour change my polish will last for weeks - the only downside is when I file my nails at home to reshape them, it weakens the tips of my nails as I would file off the coat that they would have applied to the edge of my nails

I went here for the first time today. Very clean and beautiful inside! The ladies who work here are very lovely as well! : So many colours to choose from :D Thank you for the wonderful afternoon and I will be back again! <3
