I am very disappointed. I have been here a number of times. Each time my expectations lower and so does my account balance. Story time, summer of 2022 me and my bestfriend unexpectedly decided to get our nails done at this salon for the first time. We were both not extremely happy with the results but we decided to go back anyways... WORST. MISTAKE. EVER!!! If you value your money, your nails and your LIFE do not , i repeat do not go to professionails. Period. Attached is my friend's nails. Her name Emma Smith. Her nails? Went a few weeks ago and got my nails done. I had an appointment at 5 and ended up starting my service at 5:45 3 different people did my nails Each one of them will come and do something and wait each time. It took almost 2 h to get them done Obviously nails looked bad Color and acrylic were sooooo thick and the color wasn’t even ! Terrible service. Wasted 50$ !!!!!! Don’t recommend it at all !! the stuff was very loud talking & laughing at each other.

Horrible work, It's one of those places where they don't offer quality, they just want to do nails in large quantities, it doesn't matter if the job is poor and horrible. the service was ok at the beginning but pass half hour the lady looks in hurry, ignoring my suggestions I got it you’re busy but I booked an appointment and anyway I needed to wait around 25 min, I paid 70 cad for a terrible work of course my nails don’t looks at all like the design that I showed before she started the nails. 70 dollar throw for the drainServices: Nail designs

Helen and Tammy are my favorites. I recommend both for fill acrylic nails and pedicure. They both pay close attention to detail. You won't leave here unhappy. This nail job if from Helen. So good.Services: Acrylic nails

Don’t waste your money! Such a bad quality work! Rude customer service! I tried this place multiple times since it was close but unfortunately all they care is doing a quick job and comes the next.. they don’t even listen when you try to point out something or shape of the nail. They will keep talking in their languages with their co-worker. Not to mention how rude they are! And it’s such a filthy environment!Service: Acrylic nails

Fiancée went to get her nails done here. $30 later she comes back with the wrong colour, poor quality job and the polish chipping off already. No attention to detail and terrible customer service. Pay peanuts, get monkeys. Do yourself a favour and pay the extra $40 to get something of quality

I wish I could give the zero stars. very rude and unorganized staff. THEY DONT USE SANITIZED PACKS!?!! As you know they everytime that their is customer the MUST use w new set! But they don’t! Last time they cut my nail, because she was talking to other people and laughing and not focused. This place is dangerous for your health! I will never give them a change again!

Came here for shellac mani removal. At first it looked like everything was removed but once I was home and my hands were dry, I noticed that the last layer of polish was still leftover on most of my nails. Was very disappointed that I paid to have a professional shellac mani removal only to have to do some myself. Terrible

Unfortunately they don’t do real gel, my nails started to chip off after a few days.. Real gel doesn’t chip off! Don’t come here if you are looking to get gel done. The lady did an alright job I suppose painting them them aside from it not being real gel, I had to ask her to get rid of the bumps because she wanted to leave me with them. Now I have to wait for my nails to regrow and heal from the experience.
