Urban Ford

Urban Ford looked at the problem and quickly put a mechanic on the diagnosis. All said and done, 30 minutes later, I was out of the shop, problem solved. Urban Ford has always looked after our vehicle servicing needs in a timely and professional manner. Highly recommended!

I had excellent service write from the time I open the doors till the time I left the guy that did the work on my truck was super and answered any questions I asked him about the truck and Mark out at the front desk he makes you feel write a home he's such a nice gentleman and he explains everything to you about what the mechanics might have to do on your vehicle and the price its going to cost you he really knows his stuff to. No I would recommend Urban Ford to anyone to buy a vehicle or to get maintenance work done on their vehicles there because as far as I can see Urban Ford is #1 in my books.

The service staff, Josh in particular, are awesome. They know how untrusting I am of car shops. They do their best to explain the work they do for me. I'm not an easy customer. I don't blame them for the price of repairs, or the fact my Ford always seems to have something wrong with it. They are nice to me and even provide me with a loaner vehicle if they need my car for any length of time. I would recommend them, i wouldn't recommend buying a 2016 Ford Escape.

If there was 6 stars available, it would be so. Stellar environment, great staff and amazing work done at Urban. We only trust our car with Urban Ford and recommend it to others as well. Thanks Urban Ford.

Just recently had my new f150 in for service. It was good quick and friendly service. I thank Greg and Josh for all they have done for me.
