Arnprior Builders' Supplies - Rona

There is a real lack of oversight on new employees especially summer hires. Can't cut lumber properly, no safety glasses. I had to tell the kid to put his safety glasses on. Cuts were not straight. Many times products are not available. It's time for Arnprior to get a home depot.

Was planning on replacing my dads old mitre with the makita mitre saw and a few blades for his birthday, when I asked the man at the contractor area, the short one that looks like George Costanza, to get the saw out of the cage, but he went to help a man who was yelling profanities at the workers loudly.nDecided to get a similar item at Home Depot. You’ve lost a customer and many future sales from us.

Today's experience at the Rona in Arnprior was OUTSTANDING. Everyone that I dealt with from the cashier who provided direction to the service desk folks and the gentlemen in the yard were great, A special shout out to Tanya behind the desk in the paint dept that was very patient and knowledgeable about what product I need for the job. Too often these days its seems we overlook great service, well done Rona,

The customer service was excellent; the staff was knowledgeable and helpful in answering my questions about various products. I purchased several items, and their quality was top notch. Overall, I highly recommend Rona Arnprior for anyone looking for home improvement supplies!

Poor service waited over an hour to get unloaded while they load customers that are going home to build a deck,fence while I’m a transporter with other place to be worst Rona I’ve delivered to
