Reid Brothers Motor Sales

I'm from Ottawa, and I bought my car at Reid Bros from Dan. Great service, nice guy, and price of the car was just right. I had a very good impression about the business altogether, throughout the entire process. This is difficult to come by in a city like Ottawa and Gatineau, where salesmen seem to fall ever so short of the quality called honesty. Thanks Dan, and Reid Bros team.

I have been taking my car to Reid Brothers Service department for many years and am always completely satisfied. Chris and his team are very professional. They keep you thoroughly informed about your car in their care and I have never felt like I was being hosed. I highly recommend for all of your service needs.

A very positive experience with all relevant information being minutely explained by Chris Coady who is a natural at inter-personal relationships. Any questions were quickly answered and he went out of his way to ensure both my wife and I were satisfied. Combines professionalism with good humour. Lindsey Brohm who handled the administrative detail was both knowledgeable and efficient. Very quickly understood my requirements and was quick to " cut to the chase"

We have been going to Reid Bros since 1992 and have always had terrific experiences. They treat us like family, from the sales staff, front desk staff, office staff to the service staff and on. We are so dedicated to Reid Bros we drive the extra 30 minutes to do business.

The service from Reid Bros sales people was second to none. Had a fun time buying a beautiful gently used Cadillac DTS. We were given the car to enjoy for the weekend to be sure it was what we wanted. Taking delivery in a few days and will comment again then. Have taken delivery and everything went as smooth as my DTS rides...Thanks Doug for a great experience at Reid Bros in Arnprior!
