I find it's hit and miss depending on what I'm looking for. They don't always have the item in used and if they have it new, it's extremely expensive. The employees have always been extremely helpful and even willing to call other stores for me.

Went to play it again to get a helmet for my son as he is starting skating lessons.  The medium Bauer helmet fit well with room to grow but the cage was too big. Tried on  another helmet but he was at the biggest setting already so we went back to the Bauer helmet but they put a small size cage on it.

 My son has problems with the snaps that hold the cage closed so they replaced them with a different type of closure.  

Now my son has a custom helmet that should last him for a few years to come!
