Uptown Coney Island

Better than the average Coney. I really like the salads here. Their Greek dressing is especially good, and the grilled chicken is never dry. The gyro and pita is more variable in its freshness, but even when it's a little dry, it's still flavorful. The place always feels clean. It's seat-yourself, and if you take over a table before they clear away the dishes from the last person, they always come to clear right away. Wait staff is friendly enough, and responsive. Most of the clientele seem to be regulars, but there's quite a mix within that. Also quite family-friendly, especially on weekends. (They do serve beer and wine, although I've never ordered it.)

Good selection on their menu. A friendly staff. Nice atmosphere. Timely service. I would definitely go again if I lived in the area.

We have been eating here for years and it's our go to for diner food. The wait staff is friendly and the service is fast. The food is well prepared and there are many options.

Surprisingly good. Flavorful grilled chicken. Soup was delicious. Far exceeded my expectations of "basic diner". Friendly waitstaff. Artful decor.

The food is always good, the staff is always friendly, wish I didn't come out smelling like Coney's but I don't think there is any thing you could do about that. I would recommend others to go eat there.
