Upten Pizza Planet

I vomited after checking that the chicken was undercooked Pizza was so different from what I ordered before.. Dry and far short of cheese. I took off a little bit of the outer part and threw away more than half of it. I wonder why it changed so much. I am sad that I lost my favorite pizza place.

DO NOT ORDER FROM HERE…This business locked out of their location for lack of payment on rent and permanently closed but are still fraudulently processing payment for orders. They have closed since June 1st, 2023.Service: 1/5

I’ve ordered from here numerous times, and it’s hit or miss. Though the prices are hard to argue with, and the food does taste pretty good, the quality control lacks. Unfortunately, wings have been undercooked a few times and more often than not haven’t been given the correct order. Ordered boneless wings… got bone-in. Ordered a Canadian pizza… got cheese. Room for improvement for sure.

I have been coming here for the last year after hockey games and the pizza is great. It was a Saturday night and they had only one person working taking orders and making pizza. Poor gir was overwhelmed and was struggling. She was new to the country and did vey well for being on her own. Shame on the owners for taking advantage on a new Canadian maybe do two*

WORST pizza i have ever had. I ordered BBQ chicken pizza but the pizza was flavourless.. well, i could taste the plain frozen pizza dough with gross chicken. I could not even find just a hint of BBQ Sauce, chicken was dry and smells gross... smells like defrosted rotten chicken. Had bad stomach after a day I tried their pizza. I can not believe how pizza tastes like that.

We had the privilege of enjoying Pizza Planet's food for our team yesterday. The Pizza was fantastic and the ingredients were fresh. The wings were spicy but just perfect. We work close by so we will definitely keep visiting.

Great food, reasonable wait for fresh pizza. Could use a smidge more pineapple but the rest of the toppings have always been fair. Best salt n pepper wings! And the combos are a great value.

Delicious pizza in Calgary downtown with cheapest price. I haven't found out any pizza store which is beatable. Customer service is fabulous and well treated. Advice to visit once.Food: 5/5

Excellent quality pizza with great customer service, visited with my friends and ordered different pizzas , i recommend Rumi's special pizza ,everyone was so happy and we really enjoyed. Location is great for small meet and greet with amazing downtown view.Staff is very polite and supportive. Really enjoyed our time and i recommende everyone to must try.
