New to the area, decided to try this local joint, very impressive fresh cooked to order, polite friendly staff Very much enjoyed the food and experience. Updated : so had the burger =delicious had the beef donair =delicious also very stuffed lots meat and veggies way better than any other donair place finally last night tried the pizza = delicious So happy this guys are very close to home. Can't wait for the new dish they were testing last night to add to their menu.
The food was great, and the service was amazing. New gem in 17th Avenue. We had cheese pizza & chicken swarma. Both were too good. This place is nice & clean. Definitely go back again.Food: 5/5
I tried out the butter chicken pizza from there and every bite worth it. Also the price is very genuine although its in downtown area. I will visit here time and often. I Love the clean and welcoming environment over there. Parking: Parking lot is just at the back
Tried the deluxe pizza and it was like any other pizza. It's not the worse pizza for sure but it's not the best pizza also. The bottom was still doughy even though we asked for a more crispy pizza. The taste was okay too. There was a decent amount of topoing as well. We will be back for the domains and hopefully that will be a better experience. Staff was nice and store was very clean.
Slowest service I've ever seen downtown Calgary. The Donair meat is decent at best… I asked for a large side of Donair meat for take away, it took them about 15 minutes, even though there was no one else in front of me and nothing else going on. And I got pickled turnips on the side that weren't even pickled properly. They were just mush and salty beyond being edible. Threw them in the garbage I only wish I had time to go back for a refund and was able to give zero stars. Super disappointed.
I had an incredible time at this pizza and donair place! The pizza was delicious, and the shawarma was stuffed with a generous amount of meat and veggies was absolutely delightful. The flavors were on point, and the service was excellent. I can't wait to go back!Food: 5/5
A very well proportioned and delicious Donair. It was neatly wrapped with the outside of the pita grilled slightly and dry while the inside was soft and fresh. Not a sticky mess even with homemade sweet sauce. It was well presented and of good quality. I will come back.Food: 5/5
Thought I’d give this new place a try as it opened just a block or so from home. I feel like I wasted my money. Pizza crust was doughy and not fully cooked through, barely any sauce on it so the pie was dry, and quite flavourless. I can’t speak to any of their other food as I haven’t tried it and with the pizza I received I’m not going to spend any more of my money here. Honestly, for the price - order your pizza from Rio whose pizza is spectacular a cpl blocks down the road.
I live up the road and decided to check this place out this afternoon. I'm so glad I made the decision to check it out. The staff were so nice and welcoming. The size portion is huge. I got the jumbo and I could easily cut this into two meals. The food was delicious and well priced. The establishment was clean and tidy and well kept. I saw they had alcoholic drinks for sale to. I can't wait to come back. Cody
Amazing pizza and donairs. You can custom the meat the get it spicy or mild and it really adds flavour. Also had a slice of Donair pizza. Amazing on both of them. Would highly recommend and am going back this weekend. Also has parking which is great on 17th.
