Each year, throughout the summer months (May to the end of August), New College Residence at the University of Toronto offers safe, convenient and affordable dormitory residence accommodation, meeting space and meal services for individuals and groups.

Each single or double room has a bed, desk, closet, complimentary internet access and an in-room phone for complimentary local calls.

New College Residence is open to the public for "short term" stays (those wanting to stay a few nights or a week) and "long term" stays (those wanting to stay a month or more).

New College Residence also has a number of meeting or event rooms such as a theatre-style auditorium (holds 250 people) with retractable seating, a banquet hall (holds 300 people), boardrooms and classrooms of various sizes. Use of general audiovisual equipment, computer lab access and other services may also be arranged.
