No one is answering the phone... seriously? I might understand if it this applied on small universities, but as a reputed university like U of T, bravo!

I have been trying to contact them via email. No response at all. I have decided not to enroll for online course.

Unfortunately, a lot of people do not realize many things about UofT SCS before signing up here. Aside from the poor customer service which has been pointed out several times by others, the bigger issue is that this is not "real" UofT. What I mean is that, this is just UofT by namesake: *NONE* of the programs/courses are endorsed by the university itself, you don't get any sort of credit. The vast majority of instructors actually have very little theoretical knowledge in their areas of teaching, they mostly hire people based on "practical" experience.
It is unfortunate that employers and students are shelling out so much money for the "name", but a name that doesn't have much meaning as people actually at UofT don't consider SCS to be anything, proof: they don't give one ounce of funding for it! You are MUCH better off going to another institution like McMaster's CCE for example, much more beneficial and professional!

So far, TERRIBLE service. You just simply cannot contact a live person on their phone lines and via email can take weeks for them to reply back to one simple question. If you can, stay away from this service, horrible and frustrating. And they will take your money of course.

Difficult to get a hold off. Please consider hiring more staff. Phone calls get disconnected right after making a selection in the main menu. Maybe divert more of the money from all those subway ads to actual representatives who can aid students.
