University Hospitals Ahuja Medical Center

My mom came in for brain surgery. The doctors have been great so far. Staff seems good so far. Clean room. Everyone's been very helpful and nice. I work at another hospital and this is exactly what I would expect to see and the way I would have expected to have been treated there. Very satisfied so far!

Nice facility. Very nice and helpful staff. TERRIBLE COMMUNICATION. Spent 5.5 hours sitting and wondering whether I would be hospitalized or discharged. After being hospitalized for 2 days, I was told I would be getting discharged and finally was 9 HOURS LATER.

Beautiful hospital. Great care and nice nurses, doctors and people. Would go here again. Doctor Cherullo is a great urologist.

Started out ok but by the end of my stay I was totally disgusted. All the lab tech's were good except one. The other staff was very nice. However alot of things were incomplete and it could have been better. It's time to get out when they Stop listening and begin telling you what you feel.

hopefully you didn't actually have to come here to use the Urgent Care, my god its ridiculously slow. We came in sat down, people with lesser injuries came in after and were seen first. i will definitely not be returning here. I felt as if i was at a DMV in Cali. it's been an hour + going on currently and still not seen. people need to show these places that this isn't acceptable by taking their business elsewhere.
