Went to my appointment on my lunch break, checked in and asked if the dr was running behind. The girl at the desk checked and said the dr was running on time. After waiting in my room for the dr for almost an entire HOUR, I asked why I haven't been seen or checked on then finally they told me the dr was running behind and only had a nurse  practitioner available to see me. I later found out the dr was "training" and decided to start just before my appointment without having the decency to say a word to me. I missed 2hrs from work and never even say a drs face. NEVER AGAIN METRO!  I had horrible past experiences with them and 12 yrs later I see nothing has changed!
