I am very disappointed with my experience in ENGL 105-1 at UCW taught by Prof. Hala Mousa nnThroughout the semester, the overall communication and academic support were very poor. The professor was absent for several classes, and my emails were not properly responded to, which made it very difficult to get guidance or clarification.nnI am also concerned about the fairness and transparency of grading. Some of my marks, including my presentation, were not clearly uploaded or explained. I was ultimately failed in the course without a proper or valid explanation of how my final grade was determined.nnThis situation has caused me significant stress, especially as my study permit is expiring soon, and retaking the course creates serious academic and financial difficulties for me.nnOverall, I did not experience the level of professionalism, communication, or fairness that students should expect. I do not recommend UCW based on this course experience.nOverall : 100/0
I had a very positive experience applying and registering at University Canada West, thanks to the exceptional support of Durga Shyamala Garaga, Student Support Officer Sr. Associate. She followed up with me almost weekly and was always timely, organized, and responsive. Durga ensured that I completed and uploaded documents efficiently, and stayed on track throughout the entire process. Beyond the administrative guidance, she consistently reassured me that everything would be okay, which made a potentially stressful process much easier to manage. Her professionalism, dedication, and genuine support truly stood out, and I am very grateful for her assistance.
Indeed, my student advisor Abdul Pasha has been wonderful, very dedicated and above all committed to his work. Through my admission journey with the University Canada West, Mr. Abdul Pasha, my student advisor was there to answer all my questions and gave me the necessary advice needed for the admission. Mr. Abdul Pasha indeed, your dedication, commitment, excellent communication skills and client relationships are top-notch and it is well emulating. I really appreciate your assistance and I will continue keep in touch with you. Thank you.
Well to be honest my experience was not good I would say. I did my AA Associate of Arts, actually I was enrolled for Bachelor degree but the curriculum and so called professors are not professional. Only few of em literally I can name the professors that were good and engaging others were by the books and afraid if someone questions their doubts. So if you are really planning to pursue your career in business or any other areas I would not recommend this university.
I am having a positive experience at UCW and the highlight is the faculty of the University. They are extremely helpful and supportive and that made a huge impact in my academic experience. The university has some of the most scenic study spots and lastly it’s so wonderful that I’ve made such great friends at UCW.
