I am extremely disappointed with this university. It clearly does not value students’ time, effort, or future. It feels like the administration is only focused on making money from students’ hard-earned funds rather than supporting their academic growth.nnThey cancel scholarships and even admissions after taking fees, without providing any proper justification. When questioned, they simply claim that nothing can be done, which shows a complete lack of accountability and responsibility.nnThe staff is unprofessional and unhelpful. If you are hoping for a supportive environment with teachers who genuinely care about your success, this is not the place. I strongly advise prospective students to think carefully before taking admission here.
EXTREMELY DISAPPOINTING EXPERIENCEnnMy brother completed the full application process and paid the tuition deposit. Right before issuing the PAL, the university suddenly rescinded the application — without a clear explanation.nnFor over a month, we received conflicting emails. Some counselors Florence, Priyanka Kumari, Sindhujan Nadaraja said they would help with deferral. Admissions Bala Pranay, Sai Prasana, Arshdeep Singh, James Rahul gave contradictory responses — one day suggesting deferral, the next pushing for a refund.nnNo clarity. No accountability. No coordination.nnWhen students’ finances and visa timelines are at stake, this level of mismanagement is unacceptable. Proceed with caution.

This experience was the opposite.
Firstly, a large number of students have been facing serious uncertainty for the past three months due to the lack of any update regarding their PAL letters. Despite repeated concerns, no responsible authority appears to be taking timely action on this matter. Considering the strict deadlines, the future of many students is now at significant risk. We sincerely urge you to treat this issue with immediate attention and provide a clear update as soon as possible… atlist give appropriate answer they will get PAL or not…
University Canada West is one of the most unsupportive institutions I have experienced. Their lack of understanding and poor administration seriously affected my mental health and caused depression. When I needed help, I was ignored and left alone to suffer.nnThis university does not care about students’ emotional or academic struggles. The stress they create is overwhelming and unnecessary. I deeply regret enrolling here and strongly advise students to stay away from UCW.
