I had a disappointing experience at the university Today ,. After struggling to make an appointment online multiple times, I approached the reception for help. Unfortunately, the receptionists were rude and dismissive, which left me feeling upset. I understand that I need an appointment but when it cannot go through i am requesting for another alternative apart from what i have tried, Although the library assistant tried to assist me, the initial harsh treatment made it difficult to continue. I hope the university addresses this issue, as it negatively impacts student support during such a crucial time.
My overall experience have been a roller coaster of emotions and experiences both good and bad but overall I was satisfied with the learning and most importantly the warm and healthy environment and the welcoming professors to learn something really important in this competitive world and I recently graduated was able to manage and successfully complete all the requirements set by the university was really a nice experience by the end of the degree.
I applied for the Jan 2025 intake unfortunately I can't able to attend that intake so I applied for deferral spring and summer but those requests were declined can you clarify do you have 2025 spring and summer intakes?
