We called a couple of locksmiths to help us find a new electronic security door lock and install it in our house, but no one bothered to call us back with details. Universal Locksmith Ottawa was the only company which responded right away. Very professional stance as an overall! The staff made some recommendations and the technician installed our new locks a few days later. We loved everything about them and plan to work with them in the future again.

We were trying to meet with a friendly couple for a month now. One time our kids got sick and the other time my husband was needed back to work. This time we said we'd definitely meet and then the front door lock wouldn't work. We didn't want to cancel again and so we just asked Universal Locksmith Ottawa whether a tech could fix the problem fast. Fifteen minutes later we were ready to go. My keychain got soaking wet after I got caught under strong rains without an umbrella. This included my key fob that apparently stopped working, but the indicator light still lit up when I pressed the button. I called Universal Locksmith Ottawa to check on it and the friendly staff reprogrammed the transponder and it worked again!
