Excellent service ! Ray is the definition of a consummate professional. I had him in to install a deadbolt and front door handle, we soon realized that the original install was poorly done. Not once did he criticize who did the previous work, he just proceeded to do the installation of the new set. He called before coming to the house and showed up at the time that he said he would. Prior to leaving I had him check 2 other doors that were causing me problems, one needing an adjustment and the other requiring a new latch.Now I have 3 doors that are functioning as they should be. I would highly recommend Gloucester/Orleans Locksmith to anyone requiring this type of service. Thank you Ray for a job well done,but most importantly for your professionalism. Richard Fortier

I used Gloucester Locksmith's services to re-key 3 door locks and to unlock a jewellery box. Ray did an excellent job. The jewellery box was not an easy case since it required a special (old type) key. Ray took the time to look into one of his storage box that had tens of special keys, to find one that would open it. This prevented him to force it open, which was really appreciated considering that the box was a family souvenir gift. Great job!

I was locked out of my house late Friday evening with my family out of town so I called Gloucester Locksmith for help. Ray came quickly and on time and promptly unlocked my front door without causing any damage and made me a new copy of my key from his truck. I commend his professionalism and would recommend him to everyone I know.

What great service! He arrived on time and went up and beyond what I was expecting. He was able to not only fix our latch mechansims but also found us a key for our garage door! I highly recommened this company. You wont be disappointed 😊

Excellent service, prompt, effective. Fixed our front and back doors at the same time, now all of our locks work to the same key and repaired the old ones as well. Go here first in Orleans!
