We decided to take care of our house and along of our door locks. We hadn't changed them for years but to be honest when the contractor from Certified Locksmith Ottawa told us that most of them would just need repairs, we were relieved because the cost would be bigger otherwise. Anyway, we just had to replace only one lock and that was good news. We admired the honesty of the locksmith contractor and loved the whole service. We were also amazed that they managed to finish everything in just forty minutes – give or take.

I called Certified Locksmith Ottawa asking their professional advice. We wanted something newer and more reliable for our main doors. We wanted good security locks and the tech who came to check out our property and needs gave us plenty of suggestions. He was awesome, had wonderful ideas and told us what to watch for when looking for new door locks. We listened with attention and asked him to order the locks himself. When he came for lock installation, he managed to change all five locks of our house in less than forty minutes. Very thorough and professional work!

We had key trouble. It wouldn't get in the lock and practically wouldn't let us lock the door. I don't what had happened. The previous night we had locked the door alright (or at least we thought we did) and the following morning, we couldn't even insert the key to unlock it. We could exit from the garage but I decided to stay back and take care of the problem. The technician from Certified Locksmith Ottawa was in the house shortly than I expected. He checked the lock and told me that it was actually a key problem. He had to make a new key but I guess with such equipment, key replacement is not a big deal for them. Though, I loved his devotion and perfectionism as he was making the key. I also liked that he tested it. What a great locksmith and what a great company!

I trust Certified Locksmith Ottawa because the techs have given me great home security solutions over the years. They have helped me build up a great security system at home and they were also equally helpful when I needed a similar locksmith service at work. I guess having experience pays off. They always have something new to suggest in terms of security locks and their locksmith services are always excellent. I will definitely call back if I want to make any changes either at home or in my company and it's not a secret that I keep their phone in speed dial in case I have an emergency car lock problem.

We were talking about security matters and robberies with some friends and when they left, I suddenly felt insecure in my own house. I looked around and realized that I hadn't changed the window locks EVER!!! I didn't sleep very well that night! Actually I got up very early in the morning and the first thing I did was calling Certified Locksmith Ottawa. I made an appointment with them for lock replacement and asked them to hurry because I didn't want to spend another night like the previous one. They had the courtesy to help me at once. I chose new locks incredibly fast and they had them installed at once. I just can't thank them enough! By the way, I sleep fine now!
