Informed, courteous and thorough staff. I had an appointment with Jasmine who was very patient with the plethora of questions I asked her. Not only did she walk me through everything relevant for my current trip, but also gave me suggestions about other vaccinations that will be useful for future trips I had planned. The vaccine shots were professionally administered - didn't sting at all. Would highly recommend this travel clinic to those about to embark on transatlantic trips.

Clinic was conveniently located and appt was easy to book. My consultation with Diane was great; she was knowledgeable, kind, efficient, and answered all my questions. Would definitely recommend to others.

We showed up at 11 for our 11 am appointment. We didn’t talk to anybody until 11:40 because the lady was in the office and when she finally came out she told us ya I’m behind 45 minutes and the appointment will be 40 minutes. Not impressed at all considering we were not told this until 40 minutes after our appointment. We will not be going back.

My partner and I booked an appointment for our upcoming trip to Peru through the online booking system. There must have been an online error because although we received an email confirmation when we showed up for our appointment we were not in the schedule. Daniela was very courteous and accommodating, and we were rescheduled for an appointment that very evening (after the clinic had closed). The information and vaccinations we received during our consultation was very thorough, and we feel confident knowing that we will be well equipped and protected during our vacation!
