Very courteous and competent staff. The line moves very quickly. Very easy to handle driver's license renewals, vehicle registration and transfer of ownership.

I'm recommending to remove the racks from the centre of the office and install chairs for visitors rather than keeping the people waiting outside under cold and hot conditions. By this way, the people will feel with respect.

The best and only the best government office, staff with great knowledge and understanding, also the most efficient in All of the province of Quebec. Keep up the good work, thanks again, Merci a tous. Guy

Lineup to wait outside, staff is limited to 3 however they are polite and patient with each customer. No opportunity to make an advanced appointment but this is the best way to go moving forward.

Was served by 2 different staff on 2 different occasions. First young lady was a sharm, quick and efficient, with a smile. 10 stars for her : But the second time, i was turned away saying i am missing a DENVIS FORM. There is nothing about that form on SAAQ website! The manufacturer document i had was correct, if she bothered to read the title. or if she knew the difference between a certificate and a form! I had to stand inline for an hour, and she didn't spend 30 seconds to validate my documents, she just pushed it back to me saying that's not it. So i had to go to a different SAAQ outlet to get it done. And it was done with the same documents i presented to her.

Long wait times, double check your paper work. I made the mistake not to and payed the consequences with additional fees and time wasted on behalf of their mistake inputting the incorrect information.

The website says they are open but they don't work because the system is not available and not mention in site .I even call. The employees are so rude and lazy not able to help.

Quick and organised. During epidemic period - You'll require to go online to schedule an appointment in advance. Otherwise they said it can easily take 3 hrs maybe more or none at all.

Their computer system is not updated and doesn't have new information which is in municipal. I had paid for my car registration but their computer system didn’t show up, so I had to waste my time and spend 2 days to bring proof for them although, in municipal, everything had been shown on their computer.

Just came back. It was actually very quiet. In and out in 10 minutes.
