Uniprix Baki, Bergeron et Saadi - Pharmacie affiliée

NO CONFIDENTIALITY AND SLOW SERVICE. Very slow service slowest I have ever seen for years. My pharmacy is there because i go to the family doctor on top of it. It used to be convienient but now it is just a hassle not a good place if you need guidance and have trouble socialising or being in chaotic environments. The lines are nonsense nobody not one customer understand the line system its chaos and has been for years but they refuse to change anything. I am changing my pharmacy asap I have had horrible experiences also humiliating ones where the pharmacists screams ITS diagnosis in front of everyone else.. i have a mental health issue and it rises up every time i am in that environment seriously if you take depression pills or pills you would love to hold confidential with your pharmacist this is ABSOLUTELY not the place i DO NOT recommend. And i am changing pharmacy as of now because of the last experience I had with them. Horrible

ABSOLUTELY FANTASTIC, Caroline was a sweetheart. She welcomed me with such a smile that it made my day. she helped me with what I was looking for even if my description was not the best. I am so happy to know that people like her are there for us. The place has A pleasant ambience and establishment is very clean inside. The staff is very professional and helpful.

I recommend 5 stars to this Uniprix. They have been serving us since 2007. Mohammad, Sofiane and Eric are the main pharmacists I have talked very often, they are always available for consultations for our family, be in the store or over the phone. The cashiers on 2 counters and technicians Estrelle etc are very polite and helpful, no matter what time of the day. I never, as in never, had any negative experience with any of them. During the time of pandemic, they delivered medications to us, at no cost. I love going to this pharmacy because we are served well. The personnels are all perfectly bilingual.

I wish to give zero stars for this pharmacy. I booked an appointment for flu shot for my baby18months through clic sante. When I walked in at the given time; they ended up saying they don't give vaccine for kids below 6years. This is the worst service they've got. I don't understand why in the website they accept appointments. My baby already got his 1st time flu shot at 6months at another pharmacy but the staff here says babies can get flu shot only at CLSC which is very very weird.
