the instructor Diego for practical exam was rude and unprofessional. First you deliberately asks for english service and he doesn’t know the difference what means to park “ between cars “ and in the “back of the car” and put the fault on me for not clearly understanding his instructions .Dude how come you become an instructor if you don’t know that you have to slow down before breaking when you see a stop sign and not breaking instantly. horrible service

Very disorganized. My examiner for my driver test was in a bad mood and just decides take it out on me and fail my practical test for the tiniest of mistakes that would’ve been overlooked by anyone else. And the woman at the front door was extremely disrespectful to me when I ask the simplest questions. If you don’t want to work there then quit we shouldn’t all have to suffer because of it. Never taking any appointment at this SAAQ ever. Avoid it if you can trust me

The worst employee. No communication in between them. Arrived for driving exam on time. Had a copy on my cell of proof but they wanted a paper from tecnic. So she told me come back with the paper and I will let you pass. No problem. Got to tecnic to print the copy. Come back and it's another lady. I told her my situation and she tells me 'did the other lady leave you a pass'. I said 'no she just told me to come back and she will let me pass'. The present lady told me to come back in an hour when the frist lady is back from lunch.. like I have only that to do in my day..nAnd.... if your late because the service is so long waiting in line, they look at you like.. why you so late..nThen they say you need to be respectful and kind... how... how with this kind of incompetence... this needs to be addressed ASAP.nP.s.nA little update. When the frist Incompetent at the saaq told me to go to tecnic to get a copy,she never told me there was a tecnic in the shopping mail. That would of helped in time in getting the right documents on time. She just looks at me like..you didn't know.. no I dint know,you didn't tell me and I don't live around here..

It's been 2 months, and I am still waiting for them to deliver my driving license plastic card as promised in 20 days!, nothing delivered yet!.... no way to get in touch, ... . What a total missdup service.nnPs: the phone number for Montréal printed at the temporary driving license paper is not an active and operational phone number, so there no way yo get in touch with them

I was charged 90 plus CAD for an exchange of Ontario's driver license.nnOn the SAAQ website, this service should cost around 22.6 dollars.nnAnd, it has been almost 5 weeks, and I have not received my quebec's drivers license in the mail.
