Work service that I faced here, I travelled for 1 hours and the lady said she is not able to check my license authenticity in her system as i showed here my license from my country to apply for Quebec license. She said she’ll call me again to if she will be able to check the authenticity. It was a waste of my time and my profile is still not processed.. worst experience.

I came here on Monday without an appointment. The website of saaq says that I can come with or without an appointment online. The guy in the front door spoke rudely with me while telling me that I should have an appointment before coming. There was another lady who said the same to me and didn't let me in to wait and get my appointment there at least! Though I heard from some people that they were able to get the appointment from the place. If I cannot come without an appointment then change this note from the saaq website!.

I took an appointment for opening Class-5 Driving license butn No one to clarify which one is appointment line and which one is not. People have to stand in the line without any confirmation.n They gave the token and we have to wait in the waiting area, which is big and spacious.n Go the specific counter thats mentioned on the display screen with your token numbern They opened the file but gave appointment for knowledge Test after a monthdue to apparent server down issuennSo far, overall experience is good, but can be improved in terms of user experience

My Road Test Examiner was the worst, he was not able to speak in English, I've been driving more than 5 years in my country.nnThe point that didn't make sense to me was, he said you are taking too long i legit took just 3-4 seconds at the ARRET and I said I drive slow because it's safe. He disagreed to that, I think he was in a rush, Please make sure that your examiner speakes English If you're non-french. I hated the experience plus I rented the car for $70 from tecnic, and the $30 application fees.nnI asked the person before who gave the exam with this guy, and he failed him as well.I will write the employee's name, please ask to change the examiner if you can. It's for your benefit.

Highly unprofessional, they directed us to take an appointment on computers, even after we explained we needed things done immediately.nnGot better served at other locations with less staff. What do our tax dollars even do?
