I wanted to express my dissatisfaction with being charged another full examination fee for a quick follow up. We’ve already paid for the initial examination fee and recommended medication. Our last appointment which was the follow up, we didn’t learn anything that we didn’t already know. It was no more than 10 minutes and majority of the time, it was spent talking about the new vet’s previous experience. Reply: I would’ve gladly paid for the eye drops versus another examination fee. It didn’t make sense to me as it was a follow up check up to ensure Molly’s eye was healing properly which it was. Your staff also agreed with me that day that I shouldn’t have been charged again for an examination fee for a follow up so there’s already some inconsistencies. We’ve been clients for 7 years and this is my honest feedback from my experience with you Dr. Eve. Regarding the referral, I expressed I didn’t feel it was the right option for Molly. This was the first eye issue we’ve encountered and to refer to eye surgery as the best solution when she’s had no issues since, is a little extreme in my opinion. We were discharged for expressing an honest public opinion and sharing our personal experience. I’ve updated my review to three stars as my last experience does not reflect on your staff and Dr. Bonab who recently retired. They have taken care of both my dogs since they were puppies and has always made it clear they had our best interest.

The team here is fantastic. Sally and Lily have been caring for my pets for years and now with addition of Dr. Eve Cheung I feel so confident that my pets are receiving the best care possible. It's clear that Dr. Eve has a true passion for caring for animals and she's very knowledgeable. My senior dog has vision issues, so knowing that Dr. Eve has a special interest in vision and eye care makes all the difference. She's fabulous with cats and very patient. We love Dr. Eve and her team!

I am glad to bring in my kitten - Bubble - to meet Dr. Eve and her team. This is the first time I have a pet , literally a zero pet owner. Bubble just had her second vaccine from the USPH few days ago. It’s the third time we meet Dr Eve and her team, each time I feels how Dr Eve care about animals. We have lots of questions, Dr Eve as well as her team member are willing to educate us and give our suggestions. The whole team is friendly, welcoming and knowledgeable. Keep up the good work USPH team!

My 17 years old cat has been going to USPH on and off over the years and Dr. Eva Cheung took over the practice soon after we adopted a 5 months old LabDane little monster earlier in this year. I have nothing but praise for Dr. Cheung and her staffs especially Sally and Lilian whom I mostly dealt with. You can tell Dr. Cheung runs the practice with genuine love and passion for the animals Instead of pushing for more 'aggressive' medication/procedural thyroid treatment for my aging cat. She opted for strict dietary supplement treatment and actually scoured for the appropriate dietary supplement during earlier Covid supply challenges.

I have heard that they changed the owner. The new owner is Dr. Eve Cheung. I had a super nice experience here. Professional vet and sweet staff. They treated my fluffy baby patiently and gently. I can feel that they are truly love the animals and their career. Thank you Dr. Eve and Nicole.

Dr Eve and Nicole are very friendly and helpful. I took my kitten to see them for vaccination, they explained about every concerns I have in details. Really appreciate their kindness and help!

Dr. Cheung takes the best care of my dog, Osmani. She is very thorough and takes her time to explain everything in detail to me. He has a complex medical history and Dr. Cheung stays on top of it all. Her staff are all very friendly and pleasant. Highly recommend Unionville South Pet Hospital!

I definitely recommend this pet hospital! Staff are super friendly and helpful. I am a first time dog mom so this really means a lot to me. My dog had a surgery recently and Dr Eve Cheung was very professional. They took care of my pup and was very patient in answering our questions. I would highly recommend this pet hospital to any pet owners

Dr. Eve has been an incredible vet to my dear 16 year old cat Boo Radley. She is diabetic with health challenges and SUPH has been caring, informative and loving every step of the way. Boo even had an emergency when I was out of town, and Dr. Eve with the whole team went above and beyond to ensure she was safe and cared for. Highly recommend bringing your fur babies to this establishment !
