Bayview Seven Animal Hospital

Honestly, it's a good place, if they have no one. But they rushed us out on a appointment we made with the time they gave us. We were not late, our dog was really sick and we just needed tests to be done.. They told us the tests were not ready for us, well sadly our dog can't wait till you are ready. Very disappointed and unreliable, if you can go to another one, please do, it could get u a better opinion and vets that take the time for your dog.

I met with Dr Victoria Tong . What a wonderful caring and insightful dr. She put my mind at ease and was empathetic and gentle with my kitty who is 12 years old . Monty was so calm .. they even offered to cut his back claws for him. Lindsey at the front desk was very sweet and calming too. What a calm and warm place !! Thank you and thank you from Mr Monty too

I was with this vet over 13 years with my two dogs, since Dr Bell and Dr Chark. Ever since these Doctors left, this vet is no longer trustful because all they care is money from their clients. We spent tons of money with our younger dog, and now with his heart problem, he takes a lot of pills, and when refill is needed, their receptions never calls back for pick up, they have bad attitude, and because of that we are trying to move to another vet and bayview seven animal is asking for $25 + tax per pet to have my dogs file transferred from them. I am very disappointed with their service, and i feel sorry for my dogs visiting this vet annually for over 13 years.

Bayview Seven is not our regular hospital, but the dog we adopted was previously a patient here seven years ago. We had to put him down this weekend, and they were open, our regular vet was not. Dr. Lau and the rest of the team was compassionate and honest. They took our case without charging us emergency care on a Sunday afternoon. We couldn't ask for more. We will be bringing all our dogs to this office moving forward.
