Union Street Counseling Services

Absolutely the worst place you should deal with if you have anxiety! Rude, unprofessional, NEVER return calls, NEVER PICK UP THE PHONE. They love to prescribe medications that you can't stop taking all at once but don't bother to send in your refills when you need them. No morals what so ever its just all about how much they can get from copays and insurance companies. They are however fantastic at calling right of way when the balance of what insurance doesn't cover comes due. Save yourself the aggravation and DON'T GO HERE even if you have to wait a bit longer to get into another practice in the area!

I brought my son to the malta office. I could not find my way around the Malta area. I called the office and spoke with a young lady. She was very helpful. She stayed on the phone with me the entire time and walked me through how to get there. When I got to the office she had a smile of her face and was very welcoming. I highly recommend the malta office. The office is clean and the staff are wonderful.

Would absolutely NOT recommend Union to anyone. Very unprofessional. Not helpful in any respect.

I have called and called. Left several messages in Jillian's voice mail. SHE HAS NEVER CALLED ME BACK. Once I got a gentleman on the phone who did an over the phone quick intake. Told me someone would get back to me in a few days. NEVER HAPPENED. So thanks for nothing Union St counseling!

I was seeing Brett Klersfeld and he was excellent,made you feel very comfortable.The office staff at the Schenectady off are horrible,never answer the phone,make you wait.I decided to go to the Malta site,the office staff here are very nice.
