Please think twice about going to Ellis for medical care. Amy and Thomas I will never forget this night. As a medical professional you both should be ashamed of yourselves. Both personally and occupationally. For you to treat a patient the way you did who was in pain will not go unnoticed. You purposely made fun of me, berated me, and inflicted emotional distress. Amy how you make fun of someone for being in pain, and live with the way you represented Ellis medicine? How can you live with yourself realizing you are not providing the best care possible for the patients? How can you violate professional standards and not feel guilty? How can you look fellow nurses in the face while diminishing the reputation of your profession? How can you tell a patient that you I don't want to know their level of Intoxication because you don't want to provide care for them? How can you intentionally try to distress them after they have already came in under severe distress? How can you give me a diagnosis without doing a triage or any medical tests in any capacity? How can you let a colleague make the wrong decision knowing your patient needed medical attention? How can you put your employer at risk for liability? How would you feel if you were charged 1100 dollars for a 2 mile ride to not get the medical care that was necessary? So I have a huge bill with nothing to show for it except a bad experience, refusal of medical care, emotional distress, another injury directly stemming from the actions of the employees at Ellis medicine, and having trespassing charges in an emergency room after being bullied by Amy..... Thanks you for your understanding, professionalism, courtesy, compassion, and empathy. You will never be forgotten.

Inaccurate office hours on website. Website has office hours listed as Monday - 7:30 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Tuesday - 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Wednesday - 7:30 a.m. - 6:00 p.m., Thursday - 7:00 a.m. - 8:00 p.m., Friday - 7:30 a.m. - 5:30 p.m., and Saturday - 8:00 a.m. - 4:00 p.m. Yet when I called Thursday January 15, 2015 at 4:46 pm, I was told the office was closed. Why does the website say the office is open until 8 pm on Thursdays when I'm told it's not when I call? This was actually the second time I called during the hours that were posted on the website and was told the office was closed. The first time, I told the person to tell whoever was responsible to fix it. Apparently this never happened. To Ellis: if you see this, update your hours to be accurate or I will encourage my insurance company to drop you and all your providers from their network.
