Replacement part on our kitchen facet was shipped immediately and delivered right away free of charge. How refreshing to have kind, knowledgeable employees on the phone!

great service, i purchased an kitchen faucet via Costco edmonton in 2016. i recently messaged Globe Union for to purchase an replacement part the head of the faucet. lucky, i have registered the warranty info in 2016, thus, Globe Union was able to send me free an replacement. i was shocked with the excellent service. thx pc

I would just like to thank customer service for helping me with a Costco One Piece Toilet part. I was having an issue with the Flush Canister leaking back into the toilet bowl. They initially sent me the part which I thought was correct however on install I noticed I had the wrong size. My fault completely.Anyways I told them what happened and we both figured out which Flush Canister it was. The part arrived two days later at my door step. Installed the new canister and everything is great. Big thank-you to Globe Union for your patience and understanding on this issue.I don't normally do reviews but this one was over and above. Great service is all I can say...Its nice to see this especially when it hardly exists.
