Décarie Plomberie & Chauffage Ltée

Be aware the company was sold 8 months ago not the same company. I used them in the past and was happy with the owner and son that came did the work. Was told to contact them if any issues. This time around was told no warranty after spending $900 for a 3 hour job. Will not be using them or referring them to anyone. George the plumber was good.

Good quality and plumbers on the site. However their boss kept calling trying to dispatch them to other places without finishing the job. It is also a little bit expensive.

I really recommend company. They did my bathroom renovation. Every time I called an owner immediately answered and was very responsive. I also appreciated that they didn't try to exaggerate the difficulty level of the work. Their bid was competitive with other companies, and they stayed within their estimate. Small issues did come up, but again the ownership was very responsive and addressed them right away.

We live in Montreal and our shower exploded on a Saturday night. The water won’t stop. We called a few emergency plumbers between 9pm - 11pm. They were all either not picking up the phone, not coming because we don’t have an account with them, or no show. We finally find Decarie plumbing service and called them at 11pm. They are very responsive, and patiently instructed us how to stop the water over the phone, and it works. They also gave us a follow up call the next day to make sure everything is still working correctly. I highly recommended Decarie plumbing service.

Very great service and really nice people. I will for sure be calling them back if i ever need anything else in the future.
