Union Bank

Worst bank ever! Didn't inform me i still had money in an account that was meant to be closed. And couldn't help me get ahold of my remaining money within that account either even though i plead with them, and explained that i was a student literally going to school 5+ hours from their branch and there was no other anywhere near my location. No, they still wanted me to drive all the way back to their branch to be able to change my address, and simple get ahold of my own money! Took 3 months to resolve this.. And i promose you as i type this review now, i still dont know what they did with my last bit of money. Don't bank with these people! There are much more reliable places, a bank should never be able to a hit dead end. There should always be a solution to fix a problem, when you're dealing with people's hard earned money.
