Waited 25 minutes to see banker, had to leave the place since I tried talking to them regard my debit card issues,during my lunch hour thinking I work two blocks away it shouldn't take too long,but couldn't believe that I waited 25 minutes,had to leave this place!!Didn't get no help! They need to have more bankers available! Is ridiculous how long it takes for someone to help you here...

My husband has gone to this bank several times and each time there is a problem. Today, Saturday 4/24/16 the door would not open with his visa debit card to use the ATM and another customer tried with their card and had same problem. Very inconvenient! Now everybody has to try to find another Chase Bank!

Chase Bank has gotten so big, it could care less about it's customers unless they have tons of money in their bank. Bring back our Hometown Banks!!!
