Chase Bank

The banks GM is AMAZING! some of the staff are great but NOT ALL! I receive rude tones and authoritative tones unnecessarily and rudely coming from both male and female tellers these 2 were of some E. Indian decent, I did NOT receive same attitude of rudeness from other tellers when previously visiting. The GM is this locations shining star and the ONLY reason for the 3 stars, if this were a review of him 5 stars but it is a review of this location. We have a business account here. I would also add that this bank "chase" JP Morgan seems far more legalistic than other banks I have had business accounts with and not just due to the new regulations but rather a corp attitude handed down from the top, the result is tellers who become rude in doling out the devilish over detail BS regulation for which they seem to want to over full fill, the details of which are too lengthy and complicated for this post. Beware of Chase.

Not enough qualified with different kind of checks. Brought my EFS check second time and second time with different representative had issue depositing. And they turn you away to go to the different bank. When you go any other chase location and they do it fast, and easy. Rude customer services.

Very slow, of your in a hurry our don't have an hour to wait around, avoid. The drive thru is timely. They rarely have a full crew, often in our just two tellers to help. I use this location only in dire need.
