I have an account with this bank and have been very well taken care of overall. I was having serious issues with the major national banks when the Richmond Beach branch welcomed me. Other branches were not as welcoming though always polite. Being a small bank, there has been about 0% wait times at the Window. 

Other issues have been dealing with customer service for various issues. Attitudes seem to prevail. People in the bank and on the phone have been at times quite judgmental. I was asked to invest in the bank backl
