I have been buying uniforms here for over 15 years fantastic service, rude is a word that does not exsist here....very good customer service.

Will not be buying again from then... super rude staff Honestly, the scrubs are actually pretty nice which is why I'm more than happy to give them 1 star... Would've bought more scrubs from them but the sales lady/owner is super arrogant. Does not know how to do business. You just have to read their comments to see their lack of professionalism. I walked into the store and tried on a pair of black and blue scrubs of different companies. I bought the black ones but said instead of the the blue I wanted to try grey ones. She replied you can't try them on, you've already tried on other ones. Lady... you're not gonna sell anything with that attitude. 1/5 - just order your scrubs online.

The customer service was professional and patient. Really appreciate the lady who found the shoes works best for my severe plantar faciitis. I believe it's always wise to go to the store and be serious about choosing the proper shoes. Especially this store offers exceptionally good value.

I purchased over $100 worth of work clothing and I wanted to return, however I wasn't told there was a no return policy so instead I was given in-store credit. I have only recently realized, as I was again my told, that the in-store credit was only valid for 15 days.

I wish I could leave an accurate impression about the product, but that wouldn't be honest as I only looked at 2 or 3 models before being ambushed by the sales lady. Here's my encounter, make your own opinion : Her : How can I help you? Me : I own a clinic and I have 15 employees, I would like to see a few models of scrubs. Her : what color? Me : Show me your 2 or 3 best sellers, I'll take a pic, get the girls to chose their favorite and then place an order. Her : That's not how we work. You choose and place an order, then they come try their size in the scrubs you chose. Me : The clinic is 80km outside of Montreal, and I am the only guy in a team of 15. I'm not choosing a style they will hate wearing. Her : Are you the boss or not? I don't want to have to deal with you and then with someone higher than you in a week. Me : I'm the owner. Her : If you are the boss, you don't need to wait for their opinion. And then I walked out...

Very professional! Staff VERY helpful. The uniforms for nursing...... great, lots to choose, High quality. I ordered online, and it takes one week to ship at the store.

Be aware that at the moment during COVID you cannot exchange anything you buy. I was told that since I had tried on my scrubs at home I could not bring them back. This wasn't said when I purchased them the day before and the receipt still says 15 days to exchange. This really isn't fair to the customer, you must let them know what they buy is final sale.
