We have been very happy with the uniform services we have received from Unifirst over the past few years. Our rep Chris is awesome, always very helpful and personable, keeping us informed and making everything run smoothly. We look forward to his weekly visit. Even when Chris has occasionally been away on vacation or sick, the other reps have been great as well. We are also very impressed that management personally drops in once in a while to do a quality check and touch base with us to ensure we are happy. It's like night and day from the uniform provider we previously dealt with. Unifirst is a great company that really understands what customer service is all about!

We have been dealing with Unifirst here at Heritage Ford for quite a while now. Jason, the driver is always very friendly and has a great attitude. If we've ever had a problem with our order, Jason makes sure we get looked after and does what he can to accommodate to the best of his abilities. He definitely deserves some recognition and I will be disappointed if he doesn't receive any. The company itself is great and no complaints about the products when we get the correct ones.

Chris Nichols at UniFirst Pickering always provides us with excellent service! He is always willing to assist me when any concerns and follows up with an email or phone call. Chris goes above and beyond, very punctual and efficient.

We are more than pleased with the services that we are provided with. Our uniforms are always returned on time and in a perfect condition. Our driver is always polite with our customers, punctual, and a pleasure to have in our store front. If you need a service provided with expectations of 100%, Unifirst would be the right choice!

UniFirst service is great! The driver Steve provides excellent customer service, anytime I had any questions he gaves great solutions!! Five Stars!!
