Uncle Tetsu's Japanese Cheesecake

Consistent quality baked goods, I have gone here multiple times and always the same. Not a huge fan of their standard Japanese cheesecake, but it is good. I go for their cheese tarts! They are divine, I like them chilled best. 6 for just under $18 - good value for consistent quality.

Delicious mouth watering Japanese style cheesecake. Very different lightly sweet and fluffy cheese cake it just melts in your mouth. It's not as heavy as regular cheese cake .

They have the best tasting cheese cakes and tarts. Simply delicious. The cheese tarts are $3-4 and cheesecake is $12. Open currently as well but proper care is taken to protect both customers and the people working. Due to covid only cashless pay is accepted.

If you don’t mind a fluffy, angel-cake like textured cake, look no further and purchase an UT’s Japanese cake here. I can easily finish a whole cake by myself :-

We were so happy until we found this bug... so just be careful.. now we are hesitating to finish the rest of the tarts in the box. I hope that is not the secret ingredients for the flavor.

We have been eating your wonderful madeleines since you opened. We picked up some tonight. They were 3 for $8. A few months back they were 4 for $7. We also noticed they tasted not as good, less buttery. Significant increase in cost with reduced quality. We hope you rethink your business model.
