Their matcha selection is wide and unique! I only wish my wife and I both have a second or third stomach so that we can try more of their selections! Their soft serve is incredibly rich and has an intense matcha flavor and it pairs so perfectly with the different toppings that accompanies it. Will definitely be coming back as soon as I digest what we had! They also have some hojicha selection that I can't wait to try as soon as it comes back in stock! Lastly, their Daifuku was so incredibly soft!!! The best I ever had and I HIGHLY recommend it; you won't regret it!!
Lovely place with really good desserts. However, they seem to have an unstable supply of ingredients- every time I go, something is unavailable. See the photo that has hojicha shaved ice but matcha ice cream. They didn’t have hochija soft serve that day. Then I went back wanting to try the matcha float but they didn’t have matcha soft serve now. So I had to go with the matcha latte. Walked past again hoping for the matcha float again only to see a sign posted on the door saying they were completely out of matcha so I didn’t even bother going in. Slightly disappointed that they are constantly out of their main ingredients.
ordered shiratama parfait. i like the multi-layer of matcha ice-cream, mochi, jello, sweet red bea n paste. The texture and flavor all works well together. the best in town matcha, no second thought.
Hands down, the best matcha in Toronto! I asked for extra sugar and they were able to do that for me. There are posters inside about the history of Tsujiri which makes the experience feel even more authentic. Very polite customer service.
The Shiratama Parfait satisfied all my matcha cravings! However, I would prefer to not have brown sugar syrup drizzled over the ice cream since the toppings were already sweet enough! Despite this, it did not take away from the delicious flavour and texture combination from the smooth matcha ice cream, chewy mochi balls, toasty sesame powder, or sweet red beans.
have been wanting to try their famous parfaits and finally got my hands on one!! had to wait in line for quite some time around 25mins... since there was only one worker in the entire store. however, he was courteous and apologised for the long wait which i appreciated : — i ordered the brown sugar parfait with matcha soft serve since the shiratama one was sold out. for $9 after tax, this parfait is definitely on the pricier side, considering that it is pretty small. moreover, they charge an extra $0.50 for the soft serve, which i thought would’ve been included in the price of the parfait?? however, i loved the matcha flavour of the soft serve! it wasn’t overly sweet and the tea flavour was very prominent. the toppings also complimented the ice cream very well. — i think i would return to try their drinks, but probably wouldn’t get the parfait next time. instead i think just getting the soft serve with a couple toppings would be more cost effective!
I some good matcha yes we had too much but it was over two days ok
It was mid afternoon during weekdays, store was pretty busy after all these years they ran the business on Dundas. I have tried their most of products and never got disappointed. This time I tried their premium sencha hot and soft serve matcha in a cone. I cannot think of anywhere in Toronto where they add so much intense matcha flavour in ice cream. Premium sencha was great as well.
We had coffee and some dessert. The aroma of the matcha black sesame latte was just perfect for the cold weather and it also tasted really good.
A great place for high quality Japanese desserts. They sell soft serve ice cream, cake, daifuku and drinks. Everything I've ordered from Tsujiri has tasted delicious. I recommend going here if you like Japanese sweets and matcha.
