Very happy with the sunshine adjustable bed and delight mattress - great value! My 85 years old mom loves the bed and being able to adjust to ease back pain and elevate her legs. Many thanks to Maria, always so helpful and kept us updated.
Maria provided impressively prompt customer service after I purchased my bed. I was happy that she responded to my questions with quick email replies. Upon learning that the bed was for my 94 year old mother-in-law who was arriving before Christmas, she prioritized my delivery status to ensure that I will have it in time for her visit. The bed was actually purchased with Gary’s help as Maria was not in that day. Gary was also very pleasant, patient, and answered many questions. We persevered through a few technical glitches to complete the sale.
I saw an ad for Ultramatic and decided to purchase. I have spent so much money on pillows over the years to be disappointed because of stiff neck issues. I have slept on this pillow for 2 nights and can already tell it is going to be a great pillow. Maria at Ultramatic have been very helpful, asking clarifying questions to make sure I ordered the right product. She also checked in and let me know when the pillow would be arriving for me here in Alberta.
On December 29th my husband and I came to the store and met with Maria. She was wonderful! I had never seen anyone pit both rubber sheets and pillow protectors on a bed. I felt very comfortable lying on the beds. I am paranoid about bed bugs and head lice. She made me feel safe! Thankyou
I have slept on countless pillows over many years. Finally, I think that I may have 'struck gold!' From the first night on, I woke up feeling that I had a reasonably good sleep. My tossing and turning was considerably reduced in number. Now all I have to find is the perfect mattress which I think has not been invented yet!
We inherited the adjustable bed bases from my husband's parents - originally purchased by them at least 15 years ago and still work perfectly! Just bought new mattresses and it couldn't have been easier - one 5 minute phone call. Jesse was great! They're pricey but if these ones last as long as the first set, they're well worth it.
So far I am not very happy with the service. I orderd it 2 weeks ago finally received it today and it doesn't work. This is not gaining my faith in the product. If it doesn't work when it is first received then how long will the mechanism work in the future. Susie was helpful however a service call was scheduled for today 3 to 6 . Again has not shown up . I am tired of putting my life on hold while these people get their act together. So far I would not recommend buying from this company. I would suggest that a new delivery service be used as most of the issues were due to the poor delivery service. They are a reflection on the company and if the service is not professional it becomes problematic. Their issues and excuses are not the customers problem. Communication is essential when dealing with customers. My ultramatic bed is terrific and the customer service people were very supportive. It was not a great experience but theses are issues that can be addressed and hopefully resolved. Thank-you Susie for your caring assistance.
I recently purchased an Ultramatic bed and mattress set. Service before delivery was excellent, and the sales specialist was knowledgeable and through. While the installation took a little longer than planned, the bed is wonderful. I am thoroughly enjoying the features and am sleeping better than I have for a long time. Quality of product is excellent.
Fantastic customer service. My mother had purchased her Ultramatic bed over 15 years ago. When the remote stopped working, we called Ultramatic. Without hesitation we were given the opportunity to purchase a new remote, or better yet, Suzy, the head of customer service, offered to walk us through how to fix the remote ourselves at no charge. Amazing service on a 15+ year old bed. Thank you.
Extremely happy with adjustable bed, I have to say Ultramatic provided exceptional service, prompt shipping and extreme care after installation to ensure everything went well. 5 Star service.
