Carlos, Sales Clerk/Manager, was above and beyond helpful and extremely understanding about our need for a comfortable mattress. We had originally bought a firm foam mattress that we were thrilled about until we tried it out for a few days and found it wasn't what we needed. We returned to the store and asked Carlos what our options were. We were desperate and very grateful for his patience with our predicament. We now have an extra firm mattress and we couldn't be more satisfied and comfortable! We Highly recommend this store for finding your next mattress purchase!

I went to buy a new Mattress and cz i just throw the old one and i asked the staff there is it possible to deliver same day he said yes... but he didn't do it and event not give me a call. that night i have to sleep on the floor. next day I went to ask him to refund but he said wait for within 30 days. i wait again untill 30 days up. but they not event to call me for refund untill i call them, and 1 more upsad again is my refund is not the same what i paid before he deducted 20%. I ask for the reason but he did not give out any reason. i never seen the service like this in my life...i just share my story here for everyone avoid this Store.

I bought a queen split box spring today it was delivered the next day after business hours. I really appreciate that quality service. Compared to other furniture companies that take weeks to deliver your purchased goods. I'm glad CT Canada Mattress is a company of their word! I would definitely buy from them again.

I would of gave 5 star if Carlos Tavares had honor my layaway item that was dated 2020. I have recent had a telephone conversation on Novemeber.12, 2021 to schedule a last payment and delivery inquires to my astonishment the invoice number had been closed without a sale. Carlos reason was he made contact by phone several occasion which only could be the truth, if he called private number. Additionally, when he had to return my call to my product his business number register as "CT Canada Mattress" not 'Private Name" with no voice message neither. We have made numerous account on settling the matter, unfortunately the recent lockdown took place that prevent a in-person transaction. It like you forgot we're in a world pandemic - for Christ Sake! I have reached out by emails with bouncing back or rejected email. I am out of options with no product, I understand you've made changes you could of comprised something then nothing. I'll take some kind of responsible no problem. Although there isn't a massive selection to choose from at this store, Carlos makes up for it with everything else he does. Attentive to what you're looking for in a mattress, good prices, and delivery is always at the time you agreed on. I got a double bed set mattress, box spring and rails for $500 and he was able to deliver it to me within 2 days. AND he can do deliveries in the evening so that you don't have to take a day off work. None of this "2hr time window for delivery" - he gives you a set time and shows up at that time. I'd give more than 5 stars if I could. Fantastic experience.

I bought an organic cotton mattress here for an excellent, very affordable price. The guy working here knows his product and is pleasant to deal with. Delivery was smooth and he showed up at the agreed time. Recommended!

I had a fantastic experience with a memory foam mattress for a year when I was living in USA. It was an amazing feeling every morning that you’ve slept like a baby, no discomfort, no tiredness. It countered my body and provided a full relaxation. I was looking for a similar mattress here in Toronto. I’ve bought a Sleep Memory, memory foam mattress on 3rd of March 2020 in CT Mattress Cananda from Carlos. In a less than a week of using it I came to the store, as I had a bad experience with the new mattress. I felt total discomfort in my lower back every morning – bad blood circulation, I didn’t feel that I had a good rest in a morning. I came to the store on 9th of March as I hoped that Carlos is a professional consultant and would be able to help me. I’ve shared how I felt and asked for advice. Carlos recommended me to give a try for a week or more, as it takes time for a body to adjust to a new mattress. I’ve asked if I can exchange this mattress to a different one that might work for me better, Carlos said that my mattress is the best that they have and if it doesn’t work for me in a couple of weeks, he would take it back and return my money if the mattress is still in plastic. I didn’t take the plastic off as he recommended me from the very beginning. On 16th of March I came to the store with the mattress as new as it was when I bought it. Carlos refused to take it back as he agreed on 9th of March. He said that he needs to pay rent and nobody cares about his comfort or health, so why he should care about my comfort or health, he recommended me to check the doctor and take pills. His behavior was very rude and unprofessional, he said that he never told me that he would take it back, that he always suggested to exchange it. When I’ve asked what he can offer as an exchange he said that my mattress is the only one with the memory foam, he doesn’t have any other options. I was completely shocked by his inappropriate behavior.

Very good customer service. The person the man who was working there was super respectful, helpful, and nice that I wanted to buy something from him. The prices are almost reasonable in comparison to the brands and outside. I recommend this place for cheap mattress and beds.
