The best option if you're looking for a mattress compared to any other big box bedding and furniture stores. Prices and quality of product are top notch. Most importantly customer service was exceptional and is worth buying from this family business over all other reasons. Free shipping and taking your old mattress if needed make mattress mall a no brainer for anyone looking to buy a new mattress of any variety.
I recently purchased my mattress at mattress mall and what a fantastic experience! I called the store about a week in advance and Matt the owner was immensely helpful on the phone in explaining my different options and what was available, so I went into the store and Matt was wonderful about helping me find the best mattress for my needs and he was also very understanding about my budget and what I could afford and worked with me in a very kind way! In fact he went over and above what I could have expected! I'm so thrilled with my purchase not to mention my lack of back pain from my previous mattress. Thank you Matt and thank you to the two delivery people who were so helpful and so nice I will absolutely shop here again and send my colleagues and friends here!
After reading positive reviews about this store, I decided to try it myself. Mat was very approachable, attentively listened to my requirements and budget, and recommended the best choices that met both, but he gently encouraged me to take time and try other mattresses too before making a decision. I promised to come the next day with my family for whom I was buying the mattress and he not only recognized me immediately and greeted me in a very friendly way but he also remembered every detail regarding my requirements. Therefore, choosing the right mattress was much easier and faster. Both my family and I had an incredible experience in this store. The Owner Matt is amazing! This place has been the go to for my family for about 15 years because the service is impossible to beat. These guys will help you through the whole process from picking the mattress, bed frame, topper, mattress protector, pillows Etc. to the delivery and assembly. Great prices, great service and always my one and only recommendation for anything beds!
Wonderful experience from start to finish. I came to buy a mattress and Matt was extremely helpful and attentive, which enabled me to really find the mattress best suited for me. Found this store by complete accident when I was researching a particular model while in "...why buy a mattress anywhere else" store. Based on the high rating I decided to give it a shot. Did I make the right decision! They have tons of selections and 3 models for the particular brand I was looking for. Matt was very patient with me explaining the differences and let me try and evaluate, no sales pitching or pushing. And their boxing day sales price was amazing, I was very happy about my purchase. In order to let me sleep on the new mattress sooner, Matt delivered the new mattress to me on New year day. And as icing on the cake, their free delivery includes taking out the old mattress. Now I know where to shop mattress next time for my family!
I went to this place after exploring few other places for mattresses. I was not at all satisfied with the other places as there were some issues either with the mattress or with the delivery. Finally, when i visited Mattress Mall, it was a perfect choice. Not only i found the perfect mattress also the delivery was smooth and on time. Specifically, its owner Mr. Matt was very humble and polite as he explained and answered each query with proper guidance and solutions. He also asked me to sleep on the mattress to get the perfect feel of the same. It was for 15 whole minutes however I went ahead and tried it. During this period, Matt did not disturb me so that I can get the real feel of the money which I am paying for the mattress. I would definately suggest this place if at all you are in a need of a new mattress as its budget friendly and of a good quality.
This is my 3 rd time to buy Mattress in Mattress Mall, highly recommend absolutely professional service, really nice product, shipping on time, easy to contact. 100% and more satisfied! Thx Matt! I will tell my friends to consume in your shops.
