Extremely frustrated.....just fixed a broken screen on my son's Note 5, went in to transfer phones, agent NEVER offered to do a back up ( my son tried to save what ge could ), even though after the fact he says he did. Now we have NO info on his phone, wasted 1-1/2 hours, still not hooked up, and now they say then Sim card reader is broke.phobe us stuck on activation screen - worse now than before he took it to them. Nothing but problems with US CELLULAR and their service and agents. Ggggrrrrr. .....all we got was....I'm sorry.

I don't plan on returning to this location at any point. They have lost my money twice. The more recent time I payed with cash and they put it in the wrong account. I caled the us cellular automated number, read them the receipt number, and after a half hour on hold they found my money in someone else's account. They don't have a clue what they're doing in Waupaca.

Anyone that goes here would agree that the only reason they go to the store is because it's the only u.s. cellular in the area the lines are always out the door and it always takes forever to get any service the only thing nice about this US Cellular are the people that work here otherwise this place is an absolute joke I have no clue why they don't post on the door that you can pay your bills with your card with the 1 800 number and put the 1-800 number on the door half the customers that go there probably when go there cuz they know that there is a 1-800 number I hate this place and now that I have the 1-800 number I will never go back
