if you get the right employee they will help you out no problem. i cant remember his name but the ginger dude with the beard and glasses has really helped me figure out some of the problems i was having with various cars.

Has a dead battery in the car. Jordan tested the alternator and battery for us. He then found us a new battery and gave us choices. He then replaced the battery for us, which is not something he had to do. Friendly and talkative through it and then would not accept the tip we offered because it was "too much". A great experience!

Check engine light was on and truck wasn't running right. Drove it to their store and the counter person hooked a code reader and gave me some ideas of what the issues are. Even said Hi and petted my over friendly dog.
