BP

Accused of theft. Proven innocent, but owner refused to apologize. I will never go to bp again. Extremely disappointing to see a person who is in the wrong and supposedly "all about the customer service" to not even say sorry. That literally would have fixed it but whatever. Screw this place.

I honestly have NVR seen an employer treat thier employees the way this place in waupaca does! I personally witnessed one of them belittle one of thier employees right in front of me & the poor girl looked so embarrassed!! I could tell she was training so she was new & for a NEW employee doing something as simple as innocently forgetting to ask if i had gas should NOT of resulted in the reaction/disrespect she got from one of the bosses & should NVR be tlked to like that in front of a costumer! Dnt get me wrong I've witnessed more incidents then just that one and also hear that they are horrible to thier employees & go thru so many so quickly & after that day especially i now see why! Maybe having a little/alot more compassion, Respect & some understanding for ur employees especially New employees would get a better work performance from them & maybe u'll have employees that last longer than a cple weeks/cple months!!

The owners are racist and train employees to profile any black person who walks into the liquor store. A disgusting but true fact, the owner is from Milwaukee but doesn't live in Milwaukee... Seriously pathetic business practices go on here.

Walked in on a Monday and there was a couple in the middle of a screaming match behind the counter. So awkward. I left and later discovered they were the owners. That was really uncomfortable for me, I won't be returning.

If you like rude and minimal customer service this is the place to go. Owner wasnt even phased by "you just lost a customer" just shrugged it off and said "thats alright". Well i say thats alright too theres a Kwik Trip and Mobil up the street and a Citgo across the street thats much more of a pleasurable experience.
