Mobile Life Verizon Authorized Retailer, Waupaca, WI

First they sell me a plan saying it would save me 45.00 a month. Then they sell me a new phone (granted I needed one). They forget to include insurance and taxes that brings the price to ABOVE my old plan. They are not able to transfer my contacts, pictures or music at all. They have me bring in my laptop and then screw that up. Nicki the Owner of the store is of course very nice, but what good is nice if your word and actions are not as stated. BE ON GUARD!

They seem to be nice enough when you go into the store but you call for a simple question and they don't answer over half of the time! Irritating! I don't want to drive 17 miles one way for a simple question! Funny how it seems when I'm in there and they're helping me they ANSWER the phone and ask me if I can wait a minute or they take the other persons # to call them back! I have called 5 times no answer, no voicemail and in calling the # in their website! Ready to switch to us cellular
