This place has THE BEST customer service of any pharmacy I've ever been to. Everyone is so polite, helpful, and seem to genuinely care. I have no clue if they remember me at all but I feel like a friend or fond family member whenever I visit. I've been for things like snacks, Covid & Flu shots, and prescriptions. My wife has obtained special compression socks as well. This is now our only place for prescriptions. The only knock against them might be the lack of basic supplies like other major chains but I assume that's intentional so that they can focus on medical items only.

There aren't enough adjectives to describe my fondness for Fallowfield Pharmasave. Six years ago when my Dad passed away I became very involved with my Mom's health and well being. Having a trusted pharmacy stacked with the kindest, compassionate most professional team I've had the pleasure of dealing with, I am beyond grateful for their role in my Mom's care. Recently I had an injury myself and turned to their expertise in helping me mitigate the pain until I could speak with my Doctor. Honestly their assistance saved me a trip to the ER and I am beyond thankful for them going the extra mile once again. I would name names but frankly every pharmacist, assistant, student intern and customer care associate I have interacted with in these 6 years have more than exceeded any expectation I would ever have in a pharmacy. Kudos to the entire team.

I have been a client of Pharmasave Fallowfield Pharmacy for quite some time now and experience only the best service from Dana, Randy, and Hanna.  They are always friendly, welcoming and attentive.  They treat their clients like family, handling each and every need as a priority. It is rare to find a pharmacy that offers such highly quality service. Thank you Dana and team for all you do.

Pharmasave saved the day for me. After an almost 2 day long run around at Shoppers, having 3 different people working there tell me my prescription would be ready at different times, I finally was told they couldn't fill it there as it had to be compounded. They directed me here and I'm glad they did. The pharmacy got me prescription transferred and a few hours later it was filled and ready for me. I was very impressed by the prompt service and helpful staff.

I've been a client since Pharmasave Fallowfield opened and am still overwhelmed by the team's high level of service, knowledge and care they provide day to day.  More than once I've called them with questions and last minute requests--they continue to go above and beyond to help me and my family.  They also provide service to my 85 year old father, ensuring he has everything he needs.  Wonderful, warm and friendly service. Highly recommend.

I was today years old when I learned what a Compounder was.  This is someone who makes the medication you need. I was in there today for the first time. This is the friendliest, most caring pharmacy in the world. A special mention needs to go out to Angela.  There is no other pharmacy in Ottawa you should go to.  This is the absolute best.

Have had the pleasure of coming to Pharmasave for years. Staff and pharmacists very knowledgeable and and helpful and very accommodating. It nice to come into a safe environment always greeted with a smile if they are out of an item or I need a item they will order it ASAP. Keep up the Great work

This pharmacy never disappoints. The staff is always patient and accommodating.  They are the best place in town to get specialty compounds and they never hesitate to answer any of my questions thoroughly no matter how busy they are. The pharmacists here are definitely some of the best

Awful Pharmasave, garbage hours, terrible pharmacists and pathetic wait times. There hours are garbage, they close at 6pm, 3pm on sat now.  Can’t make it there when I work until 6. I had questions about a medication with the Pharmacist  about the medication, and he took 10 Minutes to look and essentially read the label to me and didn’t answer the question. I will Never waste my time at this dump again. Save yourself the time energy and piece of mind of professionals, GO anywhere But this place!  It’s garbage!

Switching to these folks from Shoppers Drug mart like night and day. Always helpful. Very knowledgeable.  Any time I have given them a day my prescriptions are waiting for me. Shorter notice for refills or to get a new one have  always been quick and efficient.
