I ordered a medium pepperoni pizza with extra cheese at 6:30. I got a medium pizza with bacon, hot peppers and mushrooms. I called for a replacement pizza at 7:30 when I called back at 8:30 they said they already sent it out. It is 10:40 and I have yet to get my pizza. I called to talk to them and the response I got was "we have a bunch of orders before yours." When I called back to ask to speak to a manager the first time they put the phone down. When I called back they hung up on me. When I got my friend to call they told her there was no manager there. Do not order from this place. It's complete bull

2nd time buying here. Both times very satisfied. The pizza was perfectly done, not too roasted not undercooked. The onion rings were great, not greasy or squishy, they were nicely crunchy without being burned. The owner ( for what I got from talking with him, he just got it from the old owner ) was nice and was the one who helped us when we arrived. I called to order the pizza before arriving but I got there fater than I predicted, even so, when I got there it was pretty quick. Everything was made per order, so the pizza, fries and onion rings were very fresh. Way faster then when I order Pizza Pizza, and my boyfriend (allergic to eggs) didn't have any allergic reaction eating Ultimate Deal Pizzas, while he always have problems with pizza pizza and little Caesar's pizzas (even with these two saying that their dough is egg free). Definitely buying here again.

The pizza here is great, and at a good price. We provide our guests with coupons from Ultimate Deal Pizza, and they love the food.....especially the pizza and poutine. The cheese is delicious, and always more than enough toppings. We highly recommend

The new ownership ruined this whole place. I had cash on me and I tipped the girl that took my order and got everything ready for me because she deserved it. She took care of me and that order, and the next time I went in the new cashier told me that the girl I had given a tip to got in trouble because she accepted my tip that I had given directly to her. Unbelievably disgusting that the owner or manager would treat that employee like that. I loved going here but ever since they changed ownership this place has gone downhill fast. The food use to be great and now it's always cold, and undercooked and rarely do they get the orders right on delivery. Ps. I love how they just copy and paste a response on here in response to everyone. They just change the name to make it seem more personal.
