We were greeted right when we walked in the door. Very frendly staff. We had delicious food. Restaurant was packed and we received quick service.

We were served by a waitress named Josh and he was amazing, the restuarant was packed but he never made me or my boyfriend wait long and checked on us frequently. Excellent service, really impressed me.

Could be better! Went recently to this location on a weekend night as we thought to give this location a try. The wait staff was good and attentive. The meals took approx 45 minutes to arrive so we waited and waited. Finally they arrived and 1 meal was terrible. It was the 101 Burger I think they call it. It was supposed to be 2 patties, tomatoes, lettuce, mayo etc. Wow, what a disappointment. The burger arrived extremely dry, the bun hard and dry, the meat was small and thin and not what a typical burger should be like. It was like eating a microwave burger from your freezer. I kid you not. When the waitress asked how the meal was I casually remarked it was okay. She asked for more detail so I mentioned the burger was dry, but it was okay not to worry. ( I didn't want to have to wait another 45 minutes for my meal as we had plans that evening). A few minutes later the Manager--Josh arrived and said that it was not acceptable for the burger to be like that, and he offered to reimburse the cost of the burger and gave a free desert. Nice touch. Josh was very hospitable, professional and made a negative experience at least neutral. I have to say though I would stay away from the burgers myself at this location. The burgers at the nearby fast food places are honestly much better. Thank you.

Quite possibly the best restaurant experience I've had all year. Friendly, accomodating staff. Even down to giving us the option of the bun we wanted our burger on, our whole experience felt like it was customized to us without request. The food spoke for itself. The upfront staff could have been shroud, lazy millenials, and I'd have still given JUST THE FOOD a 5 star review. I ordered the crispy chicken and gravy, my wife the double bacon burger and sides. Piping hot, great portion and amazing price. We WILL BE returning very soon! Kudos And Go leafs ;)
