Client located in Ottawa, Ontario. Excited about the service from the team from order to final delivery. Also really appreciated having direct assistance by phone to complete the assembly of my new ergonomic HAG chair. Will come back later this year to buy a standing desk.

Client located in Laval, Quebec. Appreciated finding a phenomenal selection of high quality ergonomic chair and a showroom near Montreal to try them out before purchase. Also liked the fact that I received 2D/3D renderings with detailed furniture quotation for the new 12 workstations I ordered. Ugoburo even took care of the installation! It really does a difference when working with professionnals!

Some of the worst customer service I've ever received. My order was delayed by weeks, after Daniel confirmed that my order had already shipped. It shouldn't take more than 2 weeks to ship an order.
